Law enforcement officers visited an unassuming house in Stockton for a follow-up investigation only to find that the living room of the house had been converted into an illegal casino with 14 slot machines and a craps table. In addition to the gambling equipment, police also found Benddy Carolino, 38, in a bedroom with a loaded handgun next to him, and a loaded magazine for an assault rifle. Police also found another loaded handgun, a loaded Mini-14 assault rifle, and about 1.5 pounds of crystal methamphetamine. Carolino, was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on narcotics sales and firearms charges. However, Carolino told police that he is innocent, and stated; “It’s not mine.
