Naperville, Illinois police bust an illegal poker operation and confiscate $25,000 and 3 luxury cars

Twelve men and one woman have been accused by the authorities of participating in an illegal gambling operation at a former pain clinic on the 1100 block of East Ogden Avenue. Naperville police raided the establishment on Wednesday the 19th of August and found poker tables, poker chips, ledgers, $25,000 in cash and 3 luxury cars including a 2011 Porsche Panamera, a 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG and a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan. The police confiscated it all and arrested the 13 suspects. “The Lamborghini was so expensive and new we didn’t even tow it, They didn’t want to take the risk so we actually drove it back to the police station.” said a Naperville police officer. Some of the suspects were also found with illegal drugs such as cocaine and vicodin in their possession. Authorities were tipped off about the illegal poker operation approximately five months ago, and had it under surveillance this whole time before finally swooping in and breaking it up on Wednesday the 19th of August.
