Edwardsville, Illinois – A man is followed and robbed after leaving Argosy Casino in Alton with cash winnings

The crime took place on the 17th of January, 2016. The victim had spent several hours playing at the Argosy Casino in Alton when he decided to call it a night and go home. Driving his mother home, he escorted her inside her house. After exiting his mother’s house, he was met with a gunman who demanded money. The victim handed over $3,400 and reported the crime to the police. During the police investigation, the victim told police that he was sitting at a gaming table with a man who told him that he had lost $1,000. When police obtained a copy of the casino surveillance video, the victim spotted the four suspects on the tape, including the man (Larry D. Garrison) who was sitting at the table with him and told him that he had lost $1,000. Using cell phone records, and a monitoring device on the suspect’s vehicle, police were able to charge Larry D. Garrison, 32, Michael Garrison, 29, Emily P. Rowling, 25, and Christina E. Pack, 29, with Class X armed robbery counts on Thursday the 2nd of June. All four are being held in the Madison County Jail in lieu of $150,000.
