Detroit, Michigan – A Texas hold ’em poker dealer and 6 gamblers are accused of cheating the MotorCity Casino

A former Texas hold ’em poker dealer, Darryl Green, 53, of Detroit, has been accused of making payouts on losing bets, and not collecting payment on lost bets. The six players involved in the cheating conspiracy which took place in 2014, were familiar with, and had associated with Green before and after the cheating scandal.

The six gamblers have been identified as; Eugene Davis Jr., 32, of Detroit, Earl Leonard Railey, 65, of Detroit, Calvin Lawrence Pullom, 47, of Detroit; Roxanna Dee McKinney, 49, of Farmington Hills, Leah Katrelle Smith, 42, of Melvindale and Hayword Milton Stampley, 57, of West Bloomfiel.

Each person faces:

One count of conspiracy to cheat at a gambling game, a 5 year felony;
One count of gambling activities, a 10 year felony;
One count of conspiracy to commit larceny in a building, a 4 year felony;
One count of larceny in a building, a 4 year felony.

While Green, and four of the gamblers have turned themselves in, and have been arraigned, two of the defendants, Railey and McKinney, have not, and remain wanted by state police.
