Cleveland, Ohio – A drunk and disorderly police officer is arrested at Jack Cleveland Casino

Officer James Cline, 30, is currently on paid administrative leave from the Avon Police Department after causing trouble at the Jack Cleveland Casino. According to reports, Cline was in an intoxicated state when he tried to look up a waitress’ skirt at the casino. Within minutes, a security officer asked Cline to leave the premises and escorted him to the elevator. Once at the elevator, Cline attacked the security officer, punching him several times before another security officer helped to subdue Cline. Cline was arrested at the casino by an off-duty police officer and charged with misdemeanor drunken disorderly conduct. He was also placed on paid administrative leave, pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation.
