A bartender from the San Francisco Bay Area wins $1,000,000

Hubert Tang, who works as a bartender in San Francisco was walking down a street outside the San Francisco International Airport when he spotted a $20 note on the ground. Picking up the $20 note, he decided to buy 2 scratch card lottery tickets at a market in Millbrae. He bought a couple of California scratch card lottery tickets, scratched away, and became an instant millionaire, winning a cool $1 million. This was Tang’s first lottery ticket purchase in 10 years. Tang has no immediate plans for the money, but joked that he might start leaving $20 notes in random places for other lucky players to find.
